Association ”PRO SOCIAL PROJECTS EDUCATIONAL REFORM” – PRO S.P.E.R. is a  non-governmental organisation activity focuses on education, both formal and non-formal, providing courses that target initial and ongoing training as well as professional guidance and counselling services for those who are employed and the unemployed. Formal education does not always provide adequate choice of professional skills and interests of a person so the services offered by our association guide the future applicants for the labour market according their needs and skills. Our organisation is accredited by the National Council for Adult Vocational Training as evaluators, trainers and mentors. The association’ members have complex skills in educational area being involved in many educational projects until the present. The project implementation will benefit from the transfer of experience in education and project management of the association members, accumulated as a result of the implementation of projects financed by the European Commission through Socrates Programme and the Lifelong Learning Programme, the European Social Fund - Operational Programme of Human Resources Development and the Grant of School Development financed by the Ministry of Education and Research. Association involvement in the organization of courses accredited by National Counsel of Adult Vocational Training developed a valuable experience being in contact with people with diverse backgrounds, economically and socially heterogeneous and a big interested in developing projects that involve people with reduced possibilities as a contribution to the development of local community.

The most of the members of our association are teachers and trainers and involved actively in the educational reform targeting a better teaching system and facilitating students’ learning using modern methods. The association provided training courses for adults accredited by National Council for Adult Vocational Training.
